Administrative coordination and project management

This work package is dedicated to the coordination of 80Days’ work and project management (PCM) tasks. The objectives for project coordination and management are ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among partners and the monitoring of research and development / implementation progress as well as the assurance of the fulfilment of the overall goals of the project within the constraints of project duration and budget.

Moreover, PCM will assure technical homogeneity within project development and in the achievement of the expected results and that any deviations from the plans are in line with the overall project objectives.
